Mr. Katwala is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Continuity Logic. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technologist for RecoveryPlanner, which also occupies Gartner’s “Leader’s Quadrant.” At RecoveryPlanner, he architected and launched the company’s software platform and was the first to introduce a cloud-based business continuity management solution that integrated crisis management and business continuity.

Prior to RecoveryPlanner, Tejas founded RomBHUS Inc., a document and business process management software consultancy. RomBHUS was acquired in 2000 by Westhill Partners, launching Westhill Technologies. As President of Westhill Technologies, Tejas developed the C|3 Platform, a collaborative system for managing online business communities.

Applications of the platform included a crisis management system for Westhill Partners customers, connecting John Hancock with its brokers, and connecting Guinness UDV with social advocacies such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).

Tejas began his career at at Merck Pharmaceutical as a Lead Analyst and Developer, where he worked with cross-functional teams to build VetLit to manage and automate parts of clinical trials and early-stage research programs.

Tejas holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Mr. Christensen is a Co-Founder and Chairman of Continuity Logic. Previously, he was the Co- Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ComTec Incorporated, which he grew into a leader in the high-end billing output market and sold to a strategic acquirer in 2007.

Prior to his venture activities, Peter served as a Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of PaineWebber Inc., where he managed the Mortgage Securities and Fixed Income Research Departments.

Earlier in his career, Peter founded and was a Vice President and Manager of the Portfolio Strategies Group at The First Boston Corporation, which marketed computer-based bond portfolio strategies to the firm’s money management clients. Peter also served in an earlier role in the fixed income research department at Smith Barney, where he co-invented and marketed the new bond strategies of “bond immunization” and “bond dedication.”

Peter holds a BA, magna cum laude, in Economics from Cornell University as well as a school record in indoor track.

Mr. Holt is Continuity Logic’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Prior to Continuity Logic, Jim was President of RF-Works, a leading design firm in medical-grade mobile and wireless infrastructure. He has also served as Chief Marketing Officer of CA Technologies, and in various executive positions at IBM, Telxon, Aironet (now part of Cisco), DATATRAK, Secant Technologies, and Acero, a company that designed the database for the Human Genome Project.

Jim holds a BA from Westminster College and executive education courses from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. Mr. Holt also holds U.S. Patent # 5,950,124 for Dynamic Cellular Communication Systems, utilized by Cisco- Aironet.

Mr. Burton is a Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Continuity Logic. Dave has been architecting web applications and services since 1996.

Prior to working at Continuity Logic, Dave worked as Director of Development for NIC where he architected, developed, and led teams that created more than 125 applications for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and its respective cabinets and agencies, supporting millions of users and billions of dollars. Dave received the commission of Kentucky Colonel from Governor Beshear for creating an application used to manage legislation during Kentucky General Assembly sessions.

Dave spent his early career as a consultant, and architected enterprise-level, high volume applications for companies such as UPS, Humana, AkzoNobel, Republic Industries, and Bank of America.

Dave holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. de la Gueronniere is Co-Chairman of Continuity Logic. Previously, he co-founded New Providence Asset Management in 2003, which grew to over $3B in assets under management during his tenure. New Providence manages assets for foundations, endowments and family offices.

Previously, Rafe was a Principal at the Mariner Investment Group and a Member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of PaineWebber, Inc. At PaineWebber, Rafe had responsibility for the firm’s global fixed income business.

Rafe started his career at J.P. Morgan, where he became a Senior Vice President with responsibility for the fixed income and precious metals businesses.

Rafe is a member of the Board of Directors of Third Point Re-Insurance and a member of the Investment Committee of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, which has assets in excess of $6.5B. He formerly served as a Trustee and Investment Committee Chair for the Taft School and was a longstanding member of the U.S. Treasury Debt Management Advisory Committee.

Rafe holds a BA in English from Brown University.

Mr. Fensterstock is Chairman of Continuity Logic’s Advisory Board. Lee is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fensterstock Associates, a company formed to invest in the technology, real estate, and financial services industries. Prior to forming Fensterstock Associates, Lee was the founding Chairman of the Board of Broadpoint Securities Group and Chief Executive Officer of Broadpoint Securities Group and Broadpoint Gleacher, all public companies. Prior to joining Broadpoint, Lee founded Bonds Direct Securities LLC, was its Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, grew the business and ultimately sold it to Jefferies Group.

Previously, Lee was President and Chief Operating Officer of Gruntal & Co., a regional Broker Dealer. Earlier he served as Executive Vice President, Capital Markets for PaineWebber and was responsible for PaineWebber’s sales and trading businesses worldwide. He also served as a member of PaineWebber’s Executive committee and as a member of the Board of Directors of PaineWebber Inc. Lee began his career at Citibank as a financial analyst after receiving his MBA in Marketing from the University of Rochester.

Lee holds a BS in Mathematics from Queens College. He is currently a trustee of the Queens College Foundation and is a former trustee of the George Washington University.

Mr. Mahmud is the President and Chief Executive Officer, First Eagle Investment Management.  He joined First Eagle Investment Management as President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2016. In his role as CEO, Mehdi oversees all aspects of First Eagle’s business and works in close collaboration with the key portfolio managers. Mehdi came to First Eagle from Jennison Associates where he was CEO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to his CEO role at Jennison, he held several senior management positions relating to product and business strategy, investment supervision of the firm’s value, small cap, opportunistic, and income equity capabilities, and oversight of key support areas including institutional, retail, and sub-advisory client activities.

Previously, Mehdi served in a variety of investment and management roles at J.P. Morgan Investment Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management. Mehdi received a BS in electrical engineering from Yale University.

Ms. Whiting is a member of Continuity Logic’s Advisory Board. Susan is a C-level executive and Board Director working with multi-national corporate and not-for profit organizations in the United States.

For the past decade, Susan has served as a top advisor for consumer, technology, and financial services companies, working with executive leadership, external business partners, clients, and investors. Prior to joining the Advisory Board at Continuity Logic, Susan served as Vice Chair at Nielsen, leading global client relations, communications, marketing, public and government affairs, corporate social responsibility, and diversity initiatives for the company. Over an accomplished 35-year career at Nielsen, Susan is best known for building Nielsen’s most visible franchise in television measurement during the cable, telecommunications and media industries’ digital transition.

Susan currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Alliant Energy Corporation, Moxie Software and DJE Holdings. She is also actively involved in several community, educational and environmental organizations, including serving as board chair of The National Women’s History Museum and The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago, and as a Board Director of The Trust for Public Land and a Board Trustee of Denison University.

Mr. Turner is a Financial Consultant for Continuity Logic. Previously, Rob was Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Broadpoint Securities Group and Broadpoint Gleacher, publically traded financial services companies with investment banking and institutional trading departments in equities, mortgage securities, and corporate debt.

In 1995, Rob joined Knight Trading, at its inception, and served as EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and as a member of its Board of Directors. Rob was instrumental in taking Knight public in 1998 and within 5 years Knight became the most significant market maker, on both Nasdaq and trading off the NYSE. Knight achieved a peak market capitalization of $8 billion with 1,400 employees.

Prior to working at Knight, Rob joined PaineWebber as a Corporate Vice President and served as the Chief Financial Officer of the mortgage trading department, the merchant banking division and the commodities trading divisions. Rob started his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he obtained his CPA, and subsequently worked at Citibank from 1982 to 1987, in senior financial roles in the Treasury and Investment Banking Divisions.

Rob is a certified public accountant and holds an MSBA from the University of Massachusetts and a BA from Binghamton University.
